Who we are
DebtMelt (debtmelt.djump.io) is operated by DJUMP, MB, Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania (registration code 307521980). Contact: start@djump.io.
What this website collects
When you contact us through the contact form we store the name, email address, and message you submit — nothing else. This website uses no advertising trackers and no cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views; it is cookieless and collects no personal data or cross-site identifiers.
Why we collect it
Solely to read and respond to your message. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the contact form.
Where it is stored
In a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the European Union. Your email is not shared with or sold to any third party.
How long we keep it
Until your enquiry is resolved, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your account in the app
The DebtMelt app works without an account — everything you enter then stays on your device only. If you create an account (email and password, or Google/Apple sign-in), we store your email address and the data you enter in the app: your debts (name, type, balance, interest rate, minimum payment, due day), logged payments (amount, date, optional note), your payoff plan and milestones, and — if you enable reminders — a push notification token. This is financial information you chose to record, and it is linked to your account.
It is stored in the same Supabase (PostgreSQL) database in the European Union, used solely to sign you in and keep your data in sync across your devices, and never shared with or sold to any third party. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep it until you delete your account — in the app under Profile → Delete account or via this page. Deletion permanently removes your account and all data stored with it.
Subscriptions
Payments for DebtMelt Premium are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status; it receives the store's purchase receipt and an app user id, never the data you enter in the app.
Analytics and crash reporting in the app
The app uses privacy-focused product analytics (PostHog, EU-hosted) and crash reporting (Sentry) to help us fix bugs and improve the app. They process usage events and crash diagnostics — never the content you enter. From app version 1.0.6 both start only if you opt in during onboarding, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing start@djump.io. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
