Delete your DebtMelt account

DebtMelt (debtmelt.djump.io) is operated by DJUMP, MB, Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania (registration code 307521980). This page explains how to delete your DebtMelt account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account from inside the app

The fastest way — no email needed:

1. Open DebtMelt and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab, then open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently removed straight away.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email start@djump.io from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my DebtMelt account". We verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all of the data tied to it, including:

• your account and login (email address);
• every debt you entered (balances, interest rates, minimum payments) and every payment you logged;
• your payoff plan, milestones, and in-app settings.

None of this data is kept after deletion. Deletion is immediate for in-app requests and completed within 30 days for email requests, including removal from routine encrypted backups.

What is kept

Nothing personal. If you hold a paid subscription, the store record of the transaction is retained by Apple or Google (not by us) as required by tax and accounting law; this contains no debt or payment data. We keep no financial data of yours after deletion.
